General Terms & Conditions

1. General
These General Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, agreements and services provided by By Mr. Bradley, operating as an interior design studio. By engaging our services, the client agrees to these terms.
2. Services
By Mr. Bradley provides interior design advice, concepts, material and colour plans, sourcing guidance and creative direction. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, services do not include technical drawings, construction supervision or contractor management.
3. Quotes & Agreements
All proposals and quotations are non-binding until confirmed in writing. An agreement is established once the client has accepted the proposal in writing or when work has commenced at the client’s request.
4. Fees & Payment
Fees are agreed in advance and may be based on a fixed price or hourly rate. Invoices must be paid within 14 days unless stated otherwise. Late payments may result in suspension of services and statutory interest and collection costs.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, measurements and relevant details. By Mr. Bradley is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the client or third parties.
6. Materials, Products & Purchases
Advice regarding furniture, materials and products is non-binding. Purchases are made at the client’s own responsibility and risk. By Mr. Bradley is not liable for delivery delays, defects or changes made by suppliers or manufacturers.
7. Changes & Cancellation
Changes to the agreed scope may result in additional fees. In case of cancellation by the client, work completed up to that point will be invoiced. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, concepts, plans, texts and visual materials remain the intellectual property of By Mr. Bradley until full payment has been received. They may not be reproduced, shared or executed by third parties without written permission.
9. Liability
By Mr. Bradley is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Any liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the relevant service. Advice is given to the best of professional knowledge and experience.
10. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and used solely for communication, service delivery and administration. For details, see our Privacy Statement.
11. Governing Law
All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
